Our kitchen herb garden was very fun to put together. We had a small plot of grass by the garage and kitchen entrance, where plenty of perennials were growing when we first looked at the property last summer.
Matt built boxes for me as I planned what were to be planted. I dedicated a box to potatoes and onions. Other boxes are filled with different varieties of basil, cilantro, oregano, parsley, sage, dill, lavender, sorel, Vietnamese coriander, rosemary and chives. It’s such a treat to step out of the kitchen door and harvest from this garden.
