Hosted at the Culinary LAB in Greylock Works, 328North + the Generous Chef will offer a coursed family style fall feast celebrating the flavors frown at 328North Farm + other producers in the area. Beef from Sweet Brook Farms , pork + chicken from East Mountian Farm, and additional produce provided by Full Well Farm. Having access to a wonderful palette to build wonderful Vietnamese + Balinese inspired dishes is the joy of what the Northern Berkshires has to offer.
Each seating (5:30 + 7:30) will offer a cider pairing from our friend + neighbor, Berkshire Cider, to go along with the meal and can be purchased at dinner. Service fee is included in the charge. Chef’s Tu Le + Aaron Willis are excited to welcome you to their table!
